I live in a condo complex managed by Aspect Property Management. The ceiling in front of my unit entrance collapsed due to a leak in the building's roof back in Aug 2023. At the time, I contacted the Property Manager multiple times. The front of my mothers house has looked like this all summer. Email after email nothing is being done and she is still being charged a late fees but she is paying on time, even earlier than her due date.
The landscape out front hasn’t been kept up with.. this has been a complaint tenants have been making for weeks on end.
