We were doing a walk through and I wondered why there was different insulation in certain areas. My wife and I purchased an older home in suburb of Phoenix knowing we would need to make major changes and repairs. We hired John Smieszek, owner of Aspect Fine Homes, to do the necessary work. He remodeled and upgraded the various rooms and bathrooms in the house. Outside he had to repair and repaint the entire home. No landscaping was done in the yard.
