Went to a mechanic told me to change the vehicle tires for safety but it looked fishy cause the tires looked like it has more than 40% thread. I went to aspec Auto and they showed me that the other guy was scamming me. They did the safety professionally, they deserve more than 5 stars for their honesty!!!
Got referred by a friend. Just had a safety inspection done today. The whole process went smooth and quick. Very professional mechanics.
I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had! Steve did a fantastic and well detailed thorough job at a reasonable fair rate. I am extremely satisfied with the work Steve and his crew did and the great customer service. Also I loved the hospitality in his beautiful waiting area that was reminiscent of a Starbucks lounge but better!!!! I highly recommend Aspec Auto group.
Above and beyond service from Steve in a recent purchase of a used car I was in such a jam looking for a reliable car in my budget and he worked with me through the entire deal So many shops out there I would never return to due to poor customer service I cannot say enough positive things about Aspec Auto and Steve.
