I have been in the screen printing business for years. By far this is the worst company when it comes to customer service. I have ordered parts from them twice now and both times I have paid extra for overnight shipping. Both times they don't even ship out until a week later. Both times we have had to call only to be told they forgot to ship out. 2 stars because the machines are good but the staff is garbage. Been trying to get our machine fixed for 3 weeks now. Not a single person from their company has helped and we've spoken to 4 different people at this point. They say they will call you back and they just don't. The machine has been good to us for a while but it's not working at the moment. We've been using it 12 hours a day 5 days a week for 3 years with small issues like hose fittings going bad and its usually back up within an hour, but not in this current ca... read more
