ASP did a great job installing new storm resistant windows and doors. They put great dedication at all details. Chose them from dozens of companies available in the area of Miami, Florida.
It’s been 6 months since we’ve had our new impact windows and doors. I am giving two stars because the product itself is great. ASP as a company was very disorganized, delayed, and failed at the customer experience. Our salesperson was inexperienced resulting in issues with our order that had to be corrected - in fact, ASP had to eat some cost because of the errors the salesperson made and we had to pay additionally out of pocket after our contract was signed with our “final” cost.
