I purchased a filter, motor, and new Hayward heater in June of 2022 from ASP Scottsboro. The owner installed the system himself and did not hook it up correctly. I had to hire an electrician to come in and fix my electrical panel. Then, the pump itself was miswired. Within 6 months, the heater was leaking. Now, less than 2 years later, water is pouring out of the "brand new Hayward heater". $7100 spent on this whole system, and $4500 was a heater that no longer works. Take care of your Ocala, FL ASP customers. Pool renovated and serviced by ASP Pools. Solar operational in the Spring, had the pump replaced 2mos ago and told tech to turn the solar on. He said the thermostat was missing. How does a thermostat go missing, my elderly parents didn't remove it. Get this issue fixed!!! Quote for customer to get a new one.

Ken Howell is my ASP pool servicer, and he has been fantastic. He's responsible, friendly (my dog likes him so much that she would happily jump into his truck and go home with him), and accessible. On a couple of occasions between his weekly visits, I've contacted him with dumb, panicky questions, and he has come right over and cheerfully checked the pool.
