It really used to be the best service. Since my regular guy left it has gone downhill. Service rescheduled, fountains watering my grass when the tech left, never at the same time. I also paid for a full month last year I did not get sue to holidays. I am changing service and I guess I will just eat this months bill since they are impossible to get a hold of.
Mike showed up before 8 am on a Saturday morning and it was a very cold 37 degrees outside. Because we had 2 days of ice last week my service was rescheduled. I share this because what makes ASP Schertz great to work with is their flexibility. And most of all technicians like Mike. He was out there in the frigid cold scrubbing the sides and vacuuming the leaves and debris from all the trees that surround the pool to consistently testing and adding the necessary chemicals to keep our 25,000 gallon pool swim ready.
