Melissa with ASP in Augusta GA was amazing - I contacted 4 local companies and not only was she the only one to respond, she emailed and called me within the hour. I needed services set up ASAP as a service member leaving for overseas. So far very impressed!
I had the pleasure of working with Melissa regarding questions I had about ASP and the services they provided. She was professional and knowledgeable, providing me with detailed information on how to manage my pool care. I would recommend ASP and Ms. Melissa to anyone that is considering installing or maintaining a pool.
I bought a house with a new pool liner installed by this company in July-August of 2025. The pool liner leaked around the pool light, stairs, both skimmers and has formed small holes above a deformed seam. All of this took time to find as we had old equipment that was also leaking (this was expected and not their scope of work). The previous owner spent $2,700 on a liner that after only 6 months will need to be replaced with another.
