Been trying to reach Tyler for a month now, have left messages through the answering service and still no response. His voicemail still says America's Swimming Pools yet no response from Tyler or anyone in the company!! Very disappointing! If a company is closed then say so. It's too bad because Tyler is one of the best in the field and now I have to find another company. I called another location and they didn't even offer to help me, just told me Gilbert is open ..... Just started having this business service my pool on a weekly basis after having another business service for over 10 years that was not reliable anymore. ASP shows up consistently on the day expected every week (started servicing mid September 2022), happy with communication when I have questions or concerns. Receive weekly service reports. August 2024, bumped up to 5 stars.
Tyler has been awesome! We are thankful the transition from our old pool company to ASP has been seamless. Great service and communication weekly. Thank you! Highly recommend.
