Charmaine and her compassionate, experienced team spent 24 hours a day with my mother for the last several months of her life. My mother and I took great comfort in Charmaine's presence and strength in the face of what would otherwise have been insurmountable difficulties. Charmaine treated my mother with affection and respect at all times. She arranged doctors' appointments, accompanied her when needed and spoke to me often about her care. Her judgement, commitment and warmth are extraordinary.
Charmaine and her staff are very capable, caring, and dedicated. I can’t overstate how comforting it has been knowing our elder is in such excellent hands. Charmaine always answers calls and texts promptly and in a highly professional manner. My family and I are beyond grateful for the outstanding care provided by Charmaine and her staff.
