I called Mike to inquire about a property he had listed. He was rude, very apathetic, and didn't know the answers to any of my questions (nor did he say he would get back to me with answers). Incredibly unprofessional. Although I was highly interested in the property, it wasn't worth dealing with him and I imagine a lot of ASM is the same.
ASM Properties was the worst experience we ever had. They did not respond to any calls for any repairs needed. Door was damaged and never fixed, ceiling was leaking in the living room and it took them close to 2 months to do any thing. The lady by name Sherri is an absolute joke. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional in all areas. Acts like a big bully. I am not sure how they manage to stay in business with such a lady.
