I called Mike to inquire about a property he had listed. He was rude, very apathetic, and didn't know the answers to any of my questions (nor did he say he would get back to me with answers). Incredibly unprofessional. Although I was highly interested in the property, it wasn't worth dealing with him and I imagine a lot of ASM is the same.
ASM Properties was the worst experience we ever had. They did not respond to any calls for any repairs needed. Door was damaged and never fixed, ceiling was leaking in the living room and it took them close to 2 months to do any thing. The lady by name Sherri is an absolute joke. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional in all areas. Acts like a big bully. I am not sure how they manage to stay in business with such a lady. Had an appointment today at 3pm to see a house in Riverwalk. There was also another family there, that said they also had an appointment. Mike confirmed time through email and phone. He didn't show or call. Both of us have tried to see this property for over a week. Found out it was already rented the entire time. He just lead us on, maybe to collect application fee!
A home was listed on realtor.com for almost a month my husband and I tried to see this home and view the listing. We were extremely excited about this home and wanted to put a deposit on it. Very Poor communication and lack of customer service. When we first moved in our AC was broken in June. We had a baby in the house and it took 4 days to get it fixed while our house burt up to 95 degrees. After many emails, something was done, but it was impossible to talk to someone on the phone. Now we are moved out one year later and have been waiting on our security check. I have called many times in the past month, sent emails, and just finally got an answer today. This is a very poorly run company. After a verbal agreement was established, they renigged. They will wring every dime out of you in an attempt to make themselves look good to their clients. I never received service after repeated (6 or 7) maintenance calls. Please do not list your property with this company and do not rent from them!
I just hired this company a month ago to manage a home I wanted to rent out. They just sent me an email this morning - they are unable to find a painter. They are a managment company that takes over a month to find a painter to get a quote! I will be firing them as soon as I can get someone to answer their phone.
Slow to repair needed repairs and unprofessional. – We have had issues with ASM Properties since the day we moved into the house we are in now. The dishwasher was not working and it took them a month and a half to repair the problem. When we made our report on the house after a week , they did nothing to take care of any issues.
