Previously, I used Dr. Toong’s office and had a great experience with a procedure for my child. However, things changed significantly afterward. Three years ago, I brought my child in for what was barely a visible cavity. After two subsequent visits to monitor the decay, Dr. Toong refused to offer treatment without a tonsillectomy. 10/10 Dr Toong is very good. I am someone who is practically phobic of the dentist. I cannot stand having my teeth touches nor be on display. Dr Toong was extremely patient, professional, reassuring, and understanding. I get very anxious and quiet at the dentist, and Dr Toong and his entire staff tolerated my poor demeanor with excellence. He also did very nice work with my fillings. I feel extremely confident, recommending Dr Toong and the entire staff there.
My son has done a surgery here. Dr Toong and his team are professional and attentive. He explained the procedure patiently. So I fully understand when my son being irritated and cranky after he woke up from the anesthesia. It last about one hour then he calm down.They did a great job. I really appreciate that. It’s a big surprise they mailed me the painting which my son drew it in their waiting area for Mother’s Day. They are so considerate. Thanks for everything!
I’m so happy with my experience @ Asleep Dentistry! Dr Toong and staff I can’t thank you enough. The whole process was super easy, Painless, and anxiety free. I highly recommend the general anaesthesia, kept me so calm and relaxed My new dentist for life!
