I had my daughter come in for a tooth extraction. She was absolutely terrified of the dentist. After a year of trying many different ways of extracting a tooth, we went here because my daughters tooth got very bad. The mother of my daughter and my daughter went in to the procedure room. About 5 minutes after I heard screaming, followed by the receptionist telling me “I think your daughter is having a hard time”. wonderful Dentist-
Dr Toong is a god-send. And the staff? Impeccable. Very trustworthy and considerate. They clearly care about not only their work but their patience. Also I love the attitude dr Toong brings to the room!! Cheerful and bright, but doesn't beat around the bush.
Previously, I used Dr. Toong’s office and had a great experience with a procedure for my child. However, things changed significantly afterward. Three years ago, I brought my child in for what was barely a visible cavity. After two subsequent visits to monitor the decay, Dr. Toong refused to offer treatment without a tonsillectomy. That decision, while frustrating, seemed reasonable. However, my child is covered under the Canadian Dental Care Plan. 10/10 Dr Toong is very good. I am someone who is practically phobic of the dentist. I cannot stand having my teeth touches nor be on display. Dr Toong was extremely patient, professional, reassuring, and understanding. I get very anxious and quiet at the dentist, and Dr Toong and his entire staff tolerated my poor demeanor with excellence. He also did very nice work with my fillings. I feel extremely confident, recommending Dr Toong and the entire staff there.
