I was very disappointed with the service I received. I had planned to use your team for further work, but I’ll now need to look elsewhere. From the outset, I made it very clear that pick-up needed to happen at 9:00 am. At 8:40 am, I was informed there was rubbish in the truck and that your team would be delayed by approximately two and a half hours. I had 8am booking, which was discussed over the phone/email confirmation with full details. I called multiple times and finally got a call back at 10am that driver slept in and will come around 11. Prices were discussed and there were no other fees mentioned and when they arrived (wanted to charge stairs free and extra boxes fee (while during booking they confirmed p/h covers stairs fee) They left without completing the job. Absolutely horrible service.

THIS IS A WARNING: avoid aAsky Moves and their affiliates A1moves and easyway Logistics just plain terrible. They called less than 24 hours prior to move to change time, which we agreed to. Then proceeded to be 3 hour and 15 minutes late without contacting us (driver had our number as well as head office). Arrived in a smaller than requested truck 3.4t instead of booked 5t.
