Product works fine, but they will catch you in auto-renewal and not let you out. They send auto-renewal notices that are deceptive - they look like generic company mailers - and if you don’t cancel in time you’re on the hook for the next year. Unethical.
We have worked with AskNicely for several years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with their staff.
Buyer beware. If you are not satisfied with their service and fail to cancel within their 30 day window, they will charge you a full year's fee without an ability for a refund. Seems ironc for a company that is in the business of creating promoters and developing promoter practices!! This practice has turned us into demoters.
