Specialties I am a health coach for Take Shape for Life fueled by Medifast. This program has changed my life. I have turned back the clock and I am reaching Optimal heath. On this plan the pounds (and the fat) began to melt away 2 to 5 pounds a week. There have been some surprise side benefits as well.
