They used to be really good when they had a certain team working there. But not anymore. They wanted me t drop my puppy off to care for her because I suspected a UTI. When they brought her to me, I asked if they had walked her cause it's my habit to walk my dogs before they get in the car. Well come to find out my puppy had not been walked once in the 3 hrs they had her and vet did it even check her. He just gave her antibiotics! Bad service. I was upset!
This vet does not make their Covid policy known when you make an appointment. Their policy is to take the animal back without allowing the owner in the building to see what they are doing. I understand that is their right, but why not be upfront about it. When I questioned why they did not tell me about this policy when making an appointment they got very defensive.
