I have used Askew in 2024 for a repair of my wedding set, along with my Mother's wedding set. The service at that time was amazing and flawless. When I damaged my ring I knew this was the place to go back to. The team at Askew is best, if I could give them 10 stars I would.
Excellent service in a genuinely friendly atmosphere. Askew resized my ring, reset a pendant, and even fixed a few kinks in my tennis necklace. The craftsmanship and care were top-notch. I’ll absolutely be back to melt some gold for a custom bangle.
About a month ago, I ordered a silver wedding band online from Askew but had to exchange it for a half size down. Chance was very helpful and polite during the whole process. The new size fits perfectly, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend this store for the customer service experience.
Went for battery replacement in my gold watch . Got it back broken with his asinine attitude. Don't trust this place with anything you value.
