We can't say enough about our experience with James during our inspection. He was polite, and very professional. He answered all of my questions,(no matter how silly they may have seemed) completely so that I understood the answers. My husband and I have purchased 4 homes in 15 years and James report was the most thorough we have ever had. It was so detailed it was almost scary to us.
