I have had him work on my car three times. He never answers my calls and never has the car done on time. I have to go in to figure out what is going on with my car and he will only be there half of the time. He yelled at me almost every time I was in there for asking questions about when it would be done. I had him do my motor mount and he took 3 weeks to do what should have taken all of 20 minutes. disappointed with Terry, got yelled at by him, when he had the car for over 3wks could not find the problem when I suggested the possible answer which was talked about weeks before when previous shop had it, was told they were liars about getting the computer which was the problem. He did work which was not asked for like he was doing me a favor but oh no was fully + charged for it, and then got the car back not fixed and with a vacuum leak which they had to have heard while driving it. I was very pleased with Terry's work on our VW bug. After having it serviced by another mechanic which did not resolve our problem, we had it brought to Terry. He fixed our car quickly and at the best price posibble. We are glad to have found our Bug mechanic to do our mechanical work. Thanks Terry!
