Highly unprofessional, rude, and overall lacking basic English and customer service skills. They claim to have $169 down/ $69 weekly deal on vehicles but when I asked “D” he kept avoiding the question. Unfortunately we try to support our own race but get this poor service instead. Now whoever “D” is keeps texting my phone with unnecessary information and rude comments even after I told him I would report him to the Better Business Bureau if he didn’t stop.
