The people who work the phones are awful and extremely rude they have no sense of compassion or empathy. I have reported them to higher ups, I am extremely disappointed with how rude children's hospital employees would treat a patient.
Went for my daughter Headache issues. Dr Tripathy is very through in examination and the issues. Spend a good amount of time understanding the history and current state and explaining the issues. I recommend to my friends in future.
