I arrived as a walk-in right when they opened and ended up waiting for about 2.5 hours without being seen. While I understand there were scheduled appointments, it seemed like those patients weren’t being seen on time either, as apparently the doctor was backed on their appointments. Some even had to leave or reschedule. I came in hoping to try a new doctor, but unfortunately, I didn’t get that opportunity. I love it here but recently I’ve noticed longer than usual wait times.
Very kind and efficient staff! The guy that is always taking vitals is so funny and just brings laughter and a smile to your face. I don't know his name but thank you for being so kind and just real! The Doctors are great they listen to you and hear you out and so professional God bless y'all
I walked in for a consultation and instantly Becky was very helpful and so very nice she didn’t hesitate to help me answer any questions i had.
