MINUS FIVE Five Stars Would be Too Nice. This Place is NOT Here for Your Loved Ones. Like Mine and Many Others, Our Loved Ones DIED at "Asistencia Villa", When They Are Just On the Rehabilitation Trail. The Staff Doesn't Do PT Or Provide Care That They're Paid And Trained for. They're ONLY There for the MONEY. I've Known People Who Worked Here For a Short Time And Told Me Even More AWFUL Things. They Should be Shut Down BEFORE More Loved Ones Get Abused OR Die Like Mine and Many Others.
Great facility and great care.
This place I am personally reporting the charge nurse to California Board of Nursing Also OSHA as well as the state licensing board for rehabs and assistance living. If there were a minus rating I would use minus 50
Broken ,malfunctioning time clock ,unfair labor practices ,wage theft ,to name a few ,also many very loud voices when people are trying to sleep and get better ,uncaring staff from different registries running in and out of the building day and night ,abuse co ordinator will not listen ,people hiding patient care materials ,horrible and dishonest
they have their CNA doing LVN jobs.. all the patients smell bad they only give them baths when family come around .. only time they do there job is when state is in building . the administration only come out her office once a day .. she stay on her phone … she always claim she in meeting when you want to talk .. payroll mess up on your hours.. you always gotta watch your check because they will cheat you out of money.. and they have a LVN that’s known for stealing patients medicine on med carts.. they let their favorite sta... read more
