Absolutely the worst experience ever. I called before coming because I was in severe pain and clearly explained what I’m dealing with. I showed up at 11:40 PM and the front desk told me she would check with the doctor. A few minutes later she came back, and the doctor didn’t even bother to see me or speak to me, just sent a message saying they can’t do anything. Are you serious? I already called before coming. Great experience! Dr. Ben is a great doctor and I can definitely give my full recommendation. Everyone in the office is well-practiced. Overall a positive experience.
I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. The nurses were kind and helpful, but the overall care was disappointing. When a doctor from the night shift came in, the visit felt rushed and unprofessional. He barely examined me—just a very quick check of my back that lasted a few seconds—and then left without properly evaluating my condition.
