I attended a mini retreat - well my second with Dr. Nicole AND....I will continue to attend! I am a workaholic and have ADHD. I need intentional reset moments or it will never happen. The opportunity to pause and reflect was invaluable.

This is one of the better decisions I’ve made in my life. I feel truly spoiled at the Tucker Rec center to have such an excellent yoga instructor in Nicole. You’ll feel amazing and the stretches are just right. I encourage all to try her class. You’ll be hooked like me.
