This is one of the better decisions I’ve made in my life. I feel truly spoiled at the Tucker Rec center to have such an excellent yoga instructor in Nicole. You’ll feel amazing and the stretches are just right. I encourage all to try her class. You’ll be hooked like me.
Lake Atitlan was absolutely gorgeous! The retreat home was amazing! I was really spoiled going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing right outside of my window and not to mention being fed amazing vegan meals 3x per day!! This was an experience to remember!!! Thank you Asili Wellness!!
I so appreciate Dr. Nicole and Asili Wellness! What a great place to exercise your mind, body, and spirit. I was so appreciative of the bar and yoga classes- I needed specific exercise therapy to strengthen my body in a gentle, and healing way. The studio is clean and inviting. The workout was vigorous and restorative. Dr. Nicole was understanding and knowledgeable. Fabulous in every way!!
What Dr. Nicole has created with Asili Wellness is so wonderful! It’s a beautiful safe space that provides support for improving your overall health. It has been such a blessing to work with her and bond with the community she is creating!
I found a bit of myself in the comfort and stillness that we experienced this past weekend. This is the beginning of new memories and I know that my life will be enriched by being apart of such a wonderful union. Thank you!
