This is the worst property management company ever. They are a total joke and greedy as all hell. They charge excessive amounts of rent for rundown studio apartments then force everyone in the building to share the utility bills. The worst part about the shared utility bills is they never meter you individually and they never actually show you the meter readouts or how many units are occupied.
