Dr. Aziz has been my primary care for 10 years and absolutely love him and his practice. I had the worst experience this morning trying to book at appointment. I couldn't find my healthcare card and very sick - the lady wouldn't proceed without one in looking up my information which had not changed in a year! Then she said that wasn't able to help me regardless as no appointments were available. Time to find a new physician that cares about their loyal clients!
Last year these ppl pressured us 2 change providers. Their justification was that their dr makes house calls and needed 2 b paid. This so called dr never did anything! We never heard his voice nor saw his face. The phone reps finally admitted that the dr doesn't make house calls only the nurses or practicioner comes out. We were talked into returning 2 oak Street health. It was then, we recieved a letter admitting that asif aziz stopped making house calls (in our case, he never did) said 2 switch 2 this particular named Dr 2... read more
Dr. Asif Aziz and his staff are wonderful, they are helpful and caring, Dr. Aziz and office Nurse Shanaaz Gabier so friendly and helpful, I would recommend him to everyone.
Very impressed with the professionalism, and the completeness of the care. I feel like a team is taking care of me.
