Fair price and really helpful – I recently built a home in Windsor and quite a few friends referred me to Asien's for appliances. I purchased all of my kitchen appliances including a Sub-Zero fridge and Viking range from them. They were super friendly, no-pressure, knowledgeable and worked hard at finding floor models and other closeouts that might help my budget. Always good service – I've always had good service from Asiens; first with owners Larry Asien, and his mom when they were there. Last month I needed some parts for my 26 year old GE range, and they were very helpful. Price was competitive also.
Careful job - Most impressed – I tried Asien's Appliance. Since my location in Sonoma is about 30 miles south of Asien's location on the north side of Santa Rosa, I wasn't enthused about making the drive just to check out stock. So, I tried their web site "contact us," explaining that I was in the market for a qualifying Tier 3 washing machine and a matching dryer, but needed delivery quickly in order to have an expectation of getting a California Cash for Appliances rebate before the funding ran out. Quick and knowledgeable – My only experience has been with their service section. We actually had bought a dishwasher at Best Buy and were having some problems with it, but Best Buy's usual contract service person was busy or otherwise not available so they referred their service to Asiens. The service tech who came was knowledgeable and figured out the problem quickly. Made me wish we'd bought our dishwasher there instead of Best Buy.
Courteous and clean technician – Many thanks to the technician that came to my house, he quickly resolved my refrigerator problem. He was very courteous and clean. Thank you Asiens for your prompt attention!
