I was so dissapointed in this stylist and salon.I read previous reviews and read how the stylist had so much experience. When i went she was rude, she rushed me out. She sent me home with a head full of chemical burns and with the worst hair cut ever.Everything was uneven and she plugged the back of my head.Why would she take my money after doing me like that smh

This salon had a very comfortable and cozy feel. It's private and intimate. I like the shampoo bowls especially. They didnt have my back hurting and I didn't get wet. And boy, oh boy did I get the best shampoo ever! I fell asleep! It's so relaxing. I loved my hair. The people are nice. It also has this really cute boutique in the back. And the stuff is reasonable! I visited this salon and it is nice. it's inside of the Bartlett Square office building on Stage Rd. on the 1st floor. It is a small, intimate, & private salon. You must have an appointment or call and make one. They also have a very cute & affordable boutique in the back! this is a one stop shop. it's no wonder she consider's herself Bartlett's Best Kept Secret. it truly is :)
