I am very disappointed with the lack of care my son received. For almost a year every appointment he was scheduled for was cancelled because of one reason or another on the providers side and they were usually cancelled last minute. For this to be a mental health provider it is disheartening that his care was so washed to the side for commitments at a University. As a mental health provider patients should be a main priority of any provider. I do not recommend this facility if you want consistent care.
We have been seeing Dr. Lennon and her wonderful staff for almost two years, and I can’t recommend them enough! From the very beginning, Dr. Lennon took my concerns about my son seriously and worked with us to get him the help he needed. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to her patients. Dr.Lennon is a caring provider. She always goes above and beyond. I have always received the best care at ASIC behavioral health.
Had an appointment today at 9 via online. it's almost 9:30, and my provider isn't even online; called the office multiple times and despite them being open, no one is responding. really disappointed.
Dr. Lennon is awesome but good lord it’s hard to get ahold of someone at the office. Even calling during open hours i get sent to the answering service.
