This place is great- I went to have a large Asian rug cleaned and the did a great job. Very professional and polite. Also lots of amazing rugs for sale!!
Just got my rug back from a good, deep cleaning. They took off the fringe which was getting nasty and added a pad. Thank you for the great work!
RecommendedI have returned for the third time to get rugs cleaned. Each time they are more beautiful and rejuvenated and look completely new. The staff at Asian trade rug Company are completely professional and so courteous and helpful that it is a pleasure to go in there. I look forward to my next trip to get another new look for yet another rug. I would highly recommend them and their prices are very reasonable
They have cleaned our rugs for years and we wouldn’t consider another company. The people who pick up and deliver are pleasant, polite and extremely careful when moving our furniture. The turnaround time is excellent and the rugs are returned in better than new condition. We love dealing with them.
I went in during their sale this week and found so many beautiful rugs of all sizes, although I could only take home one. A nice young man helped me and the owner also swung by to say hi, I joked about receiving a mint tea when I bought a rug in another country and received a nice cold drink. Great atmosphere. They also offered other services like how best to display a rug on a wall as I intend to do.
Asian Trade Rug Company cleaned our rug quickly & at a reasonable cost. They were very professional and we highly recommend them.
Just had a lovely experience buying a rug as a gift. The owner, Kasra Massarat, could not have been warmer or more helpful. He even showed us around the rug cleaning and repair area in the back - very impressive. We'll be back.
Our recent quest to buy a rug for our living room has taken us to around five rug stores in Tucson. The experience at Asian Trade Rug Company has far surpassed any of its competitors. They have an excellent range of beautiful rugs and are friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, they have been generous and patient with us as we have brought home multiple rugs to try. They are a pleasure to work with.
We wanted to start investing in nice rugs for our 1941 classic Tucson home in midtown. We grew up here, and it was important to go to a local company with longtime Tucson roots. But we were on a budget and a little nervous -- but we should not have been. Tomas, the owner (after his father), spent such a long time with us, educating us, and treated us like we were buying a $25,000 rug, not three smaller ones for less than $1000. We're hooked -- look no further for the best selection and service in Tucson!
