First time and also last time I filed tax return here. It’s been two months, I have not received my refund and nothing or any information was found when I check my refund status on IRS website. Called the tax preparer, the lady said she was too busy to help me check but she would call me back by the end of the day but she did not. After 2 days, I called again and she told me NOT TO CALL AGAIN because she was super busy and could not help. Should have gone to the old tax preparer instead of trying this new place. Not really professional, the tax deadline already due, and still need at least one more month to do amendments. What a joke!
