Excellent! I had the tempura shrimp tacos - delish, plenty of shrimp and generous amount of avacado, just the right amount of heat for me! I will be a return customer for sure!
Best food truck ever in all of Santa Fe and the healthiest food ever.......
So far I like everything about Bonsai Asian Tacos except that they are not open at all times. The pork belly tacos....the shrimp tempura tacos....the salad bowl....are all I've tried so far. Incredibly good, fresh and different!
We tried it for the first time today and it is wonderful. The Quinoa salad with strawberries and watermelon is so delicious and the shrimp tempura tacos are amazing.
First time! Pretty delicious 😋 serving portions are large so can share a meal
