We have been renting from them for right at 2 years if it wasn't for them we would have been on the streets they have worked with us so many times when we found ourselves in a financial bind, as long as we communicated with them. Thet have been more than happy to help. We are forever thankful for this and have no complaints for this Mahalo

PLEASE DO NOT RENT from API. The ripped me off of my Deposit. Me and my husband painted and cleaned and they still charged for that LMFAO. They don’t care about the residents but just the money they make from us. My shower never had a handle and every time I used the oven it tripped my whole house. When I would let them know about the problems and I contacted 2 managers nobody got back to me. Asian Pacific Investments is amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for rental units. Rose and Jared helped us find the right place with exactly the features we wanted for a kupuna family member. Time was of the essense and they helped us quickly navigate the paperwork and made a move possible at an unexpected (but very appreciated) speed. I'm so glad we found them!
