I’ve been going here for years. Today they decided to demand a 20% tip after I had poor poor service. The host kept leaving during my massage to take payments from other people. I suggested to leave $10 even after the terrible service and that wasn’t enough for them, she demanded more.

I was disappointed with my visit. The person giving me a foot massage was also working as the receptionist, taking calls and handling other customers appointments during my session. It wasn’t relaxing. I left about a 20 percent tip, just a few cents short, and instead of a thank you, she pointed out that people usually give20%. That made me uncomfortable. A tip should be appreciated, not expected or critiqued. Just make sure that’s all accurate to your experience, and if it is, well, that’s fair to post.
