Disappointed! I've ordered from this restaurant a lot over the years. Today I placed an online order and arriving home thought I got the wrong order since the online menu see Pic says "Empress chicken" no spicy symbol on the online menu. When I called the store, she the assumed owner raised her voice with me. Maybe yelling at a customer works in her world but it doesn't in mine. In my world we treat people with respect. Sad this was my kids favorite takeout asian restaurant. Time to find a new one.
Best kung pao chicken in the area.
Terrible service. We walked in and the young man working there visibly looked annoyed that we were dinning in. We had to just seat ourselves. I asked if they had iced tea, which he said they did not by just kind of grunting. The menu said they did. He gave us menus and never came back. Big foodie critic, first time visit. I showed up an hour before close. Place was clean and quite with the tv on an American station (not like the station matters..). Halfway to the counter I was greeted with a smile accompanyied by "hi how are you?" from a young lady behind the counter. She took my order and told me it would be 10 minutes.
