Great service,using brand new instruments
I had a very disappointing experience with this dental clinic, specifically with some of the front desk staff. There are several receptionists at this office, and while not all of them have been unpleasant, the two receptionists who typically sit near the entrance have consistently come across as dismissive and unfriendly. Customer service at the front desk sets the tone for the entire patient experience, and unfortunately, that has been lacking. The staff and hygienists were very kind and professional. Unfortunately, my cleaning with Dr. Pang was an unpleasant experience. I’ve never had a cleaning this painful or rough before. He was very rough when holding my mouth open, practically prying it open, and when using the cleaning tools. My mouth was sore afterward. I appreciate the rest of the team, but I would not choose to have another cleaning with Dr. Pang.
