We've gone here twice. Both times very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. We did have appointments each time. The first time there was a walk-up line (very long) and an appointment line (very short). According to their website they appear to no longer be taking walk-ins (02-02-2022). I suspect if demand lightens up they may allocate some window of time again in the future.
don't believe walk-in not required at this site. 8:00 today I waited in line for 1/2 hour after payed parking meter and stood at the walk-in only to be told to sign up for 11:00am. couldn't they have make the announcement in the beginning that the walk-in test is not available till 11:00 instead of focusing on filling the paper work. So people can make informed choice instead of waiting stupidly.
Have had a great time every time Ive gone here to get tested. The line would usually move pretty quickly and everyone who works here is nice. I even like how they have someone there to answer questions if you have any.
