I have been coming here for years. I prefer the foot massage, it is just the right amount of time for me-around 45 minutes. The staff have always been kind and never push for a tip (which I always give in cash) for 40 bucks +tip, it’s the best deal in town. This being said, I think I’ll make an appointment-they are always accommodating. I’ve had many of the staff massage me and all have been good. I have my favorite one, but that’s a personal thing.

A month ago I had stomach surgery and my incision was still just a bit tender. I lost a lot of weight and muscle. I wanted to get a relaxing chair massage as I didn’t want to lay directly on a table. We walked in on a Friday at 3pm and I explained what I wanted and Lucy had no issues accommodating. I opted for a 30 min massage as I wasnt sure how my muscles would take to the massage. Massage was decent, but the snotty harassment for a larger and larger tip completely ruined the experience. I was told 25% wasn’t a big enough tip and I needed to add more money. They also couldn’t run the card at the store, so the lady called another location “supposedly” and gave my card number to someone off site. I never received the receipt as requested. Still wondering if I should cancel my credit card for security reasons. I will never go back to this place! Beware!!!
This was my first massage so I do not have much to compare it to. But it seemed like Anna did a very good professional detailed massage to my back shoulders and neck. I thought the price was reasonable at $35 for 35 minutes. I gave a $5 or 15% tip. But Anna was very surprised and somewhat upset that the tip was too low. She grabbed a stock of receipts and showed me how much everyone else tips. So I was somewhat embarrassed and gave her $15 tip which came out to be well over 40%.
