Face rest was extremely DIRTY!! Was not sanitized they are spreading germs/bacteria/viruses 🤧 on top they charged me 30% gratuity because is not optional is being enforced by them + they charge extra fee if you pay with card!!! Never coming back.
I love this place. I started going here when I had psiatica from sitting in traffic and because I worked so much it was difficult to get to my usual massage therapist. These women fixed my problem right away. They have a sixth sense. The therapists are very knowledgeable and talented - I suspect they have more knowledge than any Western Massage therapist could ever hope to obtain here in the US. Update: …read the response from the owner. Sounds like they don’t care about losing loyal business. Original Review: Since when does this place require a mandatory 30% tip?! Now there is a sign by the register: 60 minute - $20 tip 90 minute - $30 tip I’ve been going to this place for 2 years. Just had a 90 minute massage which was $110. After the massage I pad with a debit card and tipped $28 in cash. That’s 25% !! My massage therapist looked up at me and said “Not enough” and pointed to the sign. I was very happy with my massage , it was very deep tissue and I felt great ! The Spa was Very Clean , and the Owner - Lisa was vey professional . Carey was great , she found all of my body points., she did a fantastic job. I highly recommend .!!
