Our dinners were great drinks were great the chicken fried rice was so bland and needed salt and spices, not good at all so we sent it back. Overall wonderful dinner and great fun with my best friend.
Saw a mouse while eating at the establshiment and the workers attitudes where horriable. They laughed at seeing the mice. Defiantly won't eat here again. They should be shut down.
The food was ok but the customer service was horrible. It felt Like I had to beg for a waiter for things that were obvious. Waited 7 minutes for a spoon after I ordered ice cream. I wouldn't recommend if you are taking someone for the first time or to impress them.
I had the worst customer experience every tonight at Asian Bistro in Shelton. I placed a large take out order. They packed the food and put it in the front seat with the seat belt. When I got home and took it out of my car it spilt all over me and my car. I took me 15 minutes to clean the mess out of my car. When I called them and the manager responded by saying it's my fault. We made reservations for 5:30. They never clarified if they lost the reservation or not but expected us to stand there and just wait to be seated after all hibachi tables were filled with everyone else who had 5:30 reservations. Never again.
Love the food, but the portion size they give is the smallest that I've seen them give. I used to be able to take home left overs and have another meal, but now it looks like half the amount they used to give. And I have no trouble eating it all. Also about 4-5 of us needed refills on drinks and we had to call over a waitress. Definitely room for improvement...
