I wish there were negative stars. We were working on renting a hous from Betty Chan. She is absolutely awful. She constantly has temper tantrums. She is very argumentative and unreasonable. There wasn't any way to have a rational conversation with her because she is always in fight mode. We tried to work with her, but it was impossible. My only thought through the process is that we would have to deal with that person for a year. I am so, so happy it didn't work out. She is beyond unprofessional.
Do not work with this company. Very unprofessional and made racist comments and remarks to my client. Buyer beware.
Horrible untrustworthy company led by Betty Chan who is a scammer and most likely in gambling debt. Her practice should not be trusted and worked with. Stay away from her, this company, and the listings.
Worst realtor in the city very rude and unprofessional, simply asked for the qualifications for one of her listed houses and she straight said don’t waste her time and don’t apply, that’s why her houses sit 10x longer than any other realtor/property manager
This realtor Betty chan is extremely unprofessional and rude! I do not have much time to go into detail with my total experience but it was such a bad interaction that i have to warn others. This is by far the most bizarre interaction i have ever had with a licensed professional. A total waste of time and money. Please save your sanity and work with another realtor.
