I’ve been getting my hair cut at A.Siam for over a decade, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt overcharged or dissatisfied with the service. I was initially impressed with the colouring online and wanted to get my hair colour refreshed and roots done. I did not get the colour I wanted. When my hair was being blow dried the lady asked if I wanted curls. I said yes but had no idea I would be charged $30 on top for this. I would not have been upset if the curls lasted and they were transparent about their pricing. In addition, my curls dropped within the hour and I had to curl it home myself.
