got a haircut here and they left my hair so choppy and unblended, hairdresser kept leaving midway through my cut and didn’t focus on it. 99% of the haircut was just thinning and barely touched the scissors
I got my hair bleached and dyed here and the lady left the bleach in my hair for FIVE HOURS STRAIGHT. Bleach stops processing after like an hour and it just starts damaging the hair. Once it was finally washed out, she put in the dye and it burned my scalp so bad I almost wanted to cry. I told her that it hurt, and she told me to just leave it on for a little longer. I’m honestly never coming back.
I booked for a hair wash and blow dry and she quoted me $45, when I went in she said I have thick hair, and she’ll charge me $55. They rip off
