I enjoyed Layna and her services - she is good and very nice. Until I asked her if they were open the week of Christmas and she said yes, Monday and Tuesday. I made an appointment for Monday the 23rd at 9:00. She wrote it in their book. I arrived a little before 9:00 and waited until 9:15. The shop never opened. They didn’t call. It’s infuriating to depend on a service and to be simply dismissed. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with appointments with Tom or Layna. I will not be returning.
