Great dealership. Sells good quality car. Bought a taurus 2 years back ran great.
Decent communication over the phone. The car, 2011 Crown Vic, was advertised and by photos appeared to be exceptional for the age, miles etc. and they were asking a premium price too. I negotiated a purchase over the phone and drove 3 1/2 hours to pick it up, good thing I brought a car hauler. Upon arrival and inspection the car did not stand as tall, all 4 tires were bald and 2 were showing cords. The ECM was recently cleared to shut off the check engine light, multiple codes. I'm the Chief of Police of a very small Village in Central Illinois (3 hours away). I asked about the availability of a squad car and drove 3 hours to test drive it. After test driving it, I explained I would like to purchase it, but needed board approval, which the board was aware and on board with the purchase.
