I do not recommend this place for any of your jewelry or watch needs. I called in advance to ask if they could fix two watches. They told me to bring them in so they could take a look. After inspecting both, they said they could fix them and change the batteries, quoting me $20/$25 per watch to resize and refit the pins. Unfortunately, both watches were scratched during the process as he literally drilled the pin down. The damage was obvious, yet I was still charged the full price.
