We've been going to this store for a long time and the owners and workers are very rude. The time it takes to send money from here to another country takes so long (Uthayas supermarket does it faster and better then them). Last time we went there we bought a gold necklace one of the pieces broke after first time use and when we went to go fix it the store owner was very rude about it and said many disruptive words to us. There are many better jewelry stores out there much better then this one, make your choices wisely!

I gave a pair of earrings for repair. It was real yellow sapphire from Sri Lanka. They lost the earrings. I called multiple times and they kept saying that they are looking for it. They dragged it on for 1 month. I went into the store and they said they are going to make me a new one. They asked me to pick a sample of the shape that I like. I picked a small one.
