RecommendedI love Asia Garden!! My mom and I went this evening for her Birthday. We usually order the same thing, but today we both tried something different. I tried the Mongolian Pork and she tried the Shrimp with sizzling rice. I didn't like mine and she didn't like hers. The server felt really bad, but it wasn't his fault. The food looked great and the presentation was great as well. We both tried something different and didn't care for it. I will continue to order carry out, delivery and dine in, because it's the best. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We normally have a good experience at Asia Garden, but tonight was AWFUL. We (3 of us) waited 15 minutes and had to ask to be served. Our server (a tall dark haired guy) got our drink order wrong right off. He didn’t write down our food order and came back 10 minutes later to take it again and write it down. My daughter and I got our food while husband waited and waited. We finally asked about his sweet and sour chicken. It came out about 5 minutes later. He was not happy. They should change the name from Kung Pao Chicken to Kung Pao Water Chestnuts because that’s 90% of what you will be getting. Good luck getting a bite of chicken on your first several attempts. I am nearly done and there is still a ton of water chestnuts on my plate. Talked to my server and asked if this was normal. Very rare to find a restaurant that serves tonkatsu, let alone one that makes it so well.
Food and service was fantastic.
Asia Garden is my favorite restaurant. I've been eating there since moving to Jackson in 1990, and I'm never disappointed. The food and staff are always exceptional, and there is such a wide variety of menu items, I don't have to get bored by the "same ol' thing".
Absolutely best sushi in town. Awesome staff, great service, great food.
Inconsistent service and inconsistent quality of food. You go once and it's all good and then you go again and it's a bad experience.
