I order from here often and I’m very disappointed in the service today. It has been an hour and a half since we ordered and the food still hasn’t arrived. When I called the person was very rude and offered no help to the situation!!!!!
The first time I was disappointed, the young lady who sat my family & I literally threw our silverware on the table one at a time. She then took our menus & did the same thing & I asked her why was she throwing everything & she apologized. Service is a big deal with me. My daughter wanted Chinese for her 16th Birthday or I would have left.
Excellent and friendly service!! The food was five star!
Have always had a pretty good experience with this place..... until the other night. It was a little busy, but our server only had 4 tables and it took her over 15 minutes to greet us, then took seriously over 10 minutes to get our drinks to us and immediately walked away when we were ready to order. It took her 25 minutes to get back to our table to take our order, along with that our food did not arrive for another 30 minutes.
