Great property and reasonable rent for Iowa City!!
Safe and clean place to live. Management is extremely helpful. Close to campus.
The place is clean and close to campus. I like the garage downstairs for my car. The patio area in the middle of the complex is nice during the spring and fall but can get chilly in the winter. Overall I like living here very much and would recommend.
ASI’s management is extremely responsive and maintains the property very well. There is always a great deal of notice if anyone will be entering your unit, and community spaces are always maintained by a kind and professional staff.
I have been renting through ASI rentals for over a year now, and I have had nothing short of a great experience. Grant is a kind and helpful landlord who makes sure any concerns are resolved quickly. The building is clean, safe, and conveniently located. Meanwhile, the maintenance staff is also very friendly and attentive. Any maintenance requests are always resolved promptly. Highly recommend to any students at the University of Iowa!
